Tour Summary:

• Ground tour north in the personalized comfort of our tour coaches and vans along the famed Dalton Highway.
• Visit the Arctic Circle Trading Post, situated in the rural community of Joy, Alaska.
• View the remarkable Trans Alaska Pipeline.
• Experience the mighty Yukon River. Marvel at the majestic beauty of the northland's most famous waterway and learn of the river's storied past.
• Explore up close the amazing arctic tundra and feel the veins of ice just beneath the surface.
• Cross the Arctic Circle in ceremonious fashion and receive an official Arctic Circle Adventure Certificate.
• End the ground tour experience at Coldfoot, mile 175 of the Dalton Highway.
• Fly from Coldfoot to Fairbanks.  The flight will provide an aerial view of the vast Alaska wilderness. 
• Departs 5:00 am; returns between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.
• REVERSE ITINERARY available many days.  The experiences would depart at 1:00 pm with a flight from Fairbanks to Coldfoot and then a return by ground tour from Coldfoot to Fairbanks; returns between 12 midnight and 1:00 am.
• Tour Schedule: Daily May 18 to September 10, 2008. 1-3 days a week in early May and late September.
